The first thing I need to understand when I start working with a new client is their workflow. I ask many questions and take notes in an Evernote table, which mimics a kanban board. And this was the inspiration for creating a functional board.
UPDATE. After I posted this video, I had a moment of inspiration. There’s a better way to make a kanban board on Evernote.
